It's been nearly a year!!

Hello..
Thought I'd share this card with you ..
I have been fiddling with the spellbinder dies...
I used the penny black range stamp, coloured in with pro markers , I still haven't quite mastered the art !!
I also stamped onto shrink plastic too.. I used the spellbinder dies to make the
Flowers and the butterflies.. I really loved making this card!!
Hopefully won't leave it as long next time!!

Gift Card

Hello..
The postman brought me "Crafters Companion -Envelobox creater and The Boxer",with a dvd too.I got it from create and craft shopping channel..just couldn't wait to use them! I followed the dvd instructions for the tea light card.
 I used "Spring Feast" 12x12 premium paper pad for the card base and backing card.. punched around the edges with " Martha Stewart punch around" punch.
The words and name were cut out using the cricut and gypsy.."gypsy font"..
The topper was cut out from a birthday card I received..I really liked the picture so I saved the card.. glad I did now! All that was left to do was pop 4 tea lights in..job done!! I enjoyed making this card.. just hope Sharon likes it!

Baby card

This card was made for a friend. The images were printed from "Crafters Companion- Beatrix Potter".On the cd rom it shows many card frames, that's the image on the left.Mrs Tiggywinkle was just plain decoupage. I used three sheets of A4 cardstock..2 folded and then both stuck to a flat sheet..creating a sort of large gate fold card. The heart design down the middle was done using the "Martha Stewart"range of punches..I love them!! All the backing papers and wording was also from the same cd rom..it really is a fantastic one to own if you adore the world of Beatrix Potter as I do!!

60th card front

This is the  front of a 60th birthday card. I used a" flippin men" decoupage sheet and a large white apature card, I printed , from my computer , on printable acetate for the background..then printed a backing paper from "My craft studio" computer program . The lettering was done using the cricut.."On the beach", I think!

This is the inside of the same card..The glue pen and the craft mat were not part of the card design!! ha ha..

Hi,
   My name is Cheryl and I am making this Blog to show off my cards that I have made..it is Heather's idea that I blogged!!
  A little bit about me..I have 3 children, Chris is 16, James at 14 and Annabel who is 10. My husband, of 18 years, works continually away from home.. so I am here ..free to craft day and night.. that's when I am not working as a dispenser at the local pharmacy!
